The Old Convent
Owned and operated since 2005 by Dermot Gannon, Food & Wine Magazine’s Best Chef in Southern Ireland 2015, The Old Convent is nestled at the foot of the Knockmealdown Mountains in beautiful County Tipperary. The Convent was constructed in 1885 when the Sisters of Mercy were asked to take charge of Clogheen Workhouse.
